Please Note: Payment is due when services are rendered. Our bills are payable in cash or by check. As a convenience to you we will accept payment for our services, without additional charge, for a period of ten (10) days from your original billing date. After ten (10) days from your original billing date you agree to pay FSP & Associates, LLC a SERVICE CHARGE of 2.0% per month (24% APR) on the unpaid balance of your bill until your fee, due us, is paid in full including the service charge. If you choose to use your VISA or MasterCard an additional transaction fee of 5% will be added to your bill.
